Meet the team

Luisa Krug joined the team as Executive Director in January 2022. Previously, Luisa worked at the Tulsa Planning Office, where she was responsible for managing the Destination Districts Program, the City of Tulsa's commercial revitalization program. Through this program, she was responsible for serving as a liaison between Tulsa Main Street programs and the City of Tulsa.

Luisa has her Masters in Global Health from the University of Notre Dame and Bachelors in Biochemistry from Oklahoma State University.

Graphic Designer

Alejandro Garcia joined the team in October 2023 as the Graphic Designer. He is originally from Puebla, Mexico. Prior to working at the Global District developed and managed Marketing strategies at National scale in his country, won international advertising awards, and led his Marketing firm to become a top 100 in Mexico.

He developed and hosted media concepts for Magazines,TV, radio, and live entertainment. He coached dozens of entrepreneurs with their start ups and marketing strategies. He is also a member of the Mexican Society of Music Authors and Composers for his songwriting work and for other Mexican artists.

Alejandro has a Bachelors in Marketing from Tec de Monterrey, a Masters in Marketing and Management from UPAEP, and an MBA with a Grad Certificate in Entrepreneurship from Oklahoma State University.
